I would describe the training at iSAX as one of the top trainings for IT specialists in application development. After the training, you can be deployed in a customer project without any problems, as you have experienced for yourself during the entire training how communication with a customer and working in a team works.

How does the training at iSAX work?

Leon

During the training, you always have a supervisor with you who helps you with the implementation of internal projects. The projects are not mock projects, but are actively used, so you don't work for nothing. In addition, two other developers are always your contact persons and review your work. They share their experience with you directly so that you know how to do it properly. Thanks to this constant exchange and the helpfulness of all colleagues, you have a very steep learning curve here to develop yourself and become a good IT specialist.

Which sentence do you remember most vividly from your training and why?

Leon

"How long do you think it will take you?", a sentence that completely overwhelms you at the beginning ... How are you supposed to know how long you need for something you have hardly any experience with or have never worked with before? Nevertheless, when working with customers, it is very important to know approximately how long you need for a task. That's why you are asked this question in internal projects right from the start, so that you learn over time how much you can manage and how you assess yourself and your abilities. This is particularly helpful for new projects, for example at school or at home. You know how a project works, how you have to approach it and how long it will take.

What specialist knowledge do you leave your training with?

During my training I learned how to

• create web applications in Angular & React

• deal with databases
• work in a project
• take responsibility
